1. After the heater runs for a period of time (according to the user's use), unscrew the ignition plug to clean the carbon deposit. If the ignition plug wire is burnt out, remove it and replace it with a new one.
2. If the thermal efficiency is reduced due to too much carbon deposition, clean the carbon deposition on the cooling fins on the inner wall of the water jacket and in the combustion chamber.
3. If the exhaust pipe and drip pipe of the air inlet pipe of the heater host are blocked by soil, please clean and dredge them in time. Please keep the heater compartment clean, and it is strictly prohibited to place flammable sundries around.
4. Ensure that the oil tank, oil pipe and oil filter solenoid valve are clean to prevent dirt from blocking the oil path.
5. The antifreeze suitable for the ambient temperature shall be used as the circulating heating medium in the heater circulating system.
6. The heater water pump shall be inspected regularly according to the user's service conditions. If water leakage is found in the sealing water seal components, or the pump is difficult to start and operate, it shall be repaired in time.
7. The automatic control box, oil filtering electromagnetic rice and other electrical components on the heater host are maintained according to the general low-voltage electrical apparatus maintenance method. All performance parameters of the automatic control box are carefully debugged by the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and users are not allowed to change them without authorization.
8. Ensure that the thermal control is in good condition in general, and conduct regular inspection. If the microswitch is found to be out of order or damaged, please replace it in time.
9. The main motor used by the heater is normally free of maintenance after 5000 hours of use. If it does not work properly due to too long use or other reasons, it should be overhauled to check the carbon brush wear or bearing lubrication. If necessary, add grease or replace the carbon brush.
10. During the warm season when the heater is not used, please start it 4-5 times at regular intervals, and run it for about 5 minutes each time to ensure that the heater operates normally when it is next used.
