Asphalt heater
Mobile asphalt heater, namely skid mounted eddy current hot film asphalt heating unit, is a complete set of heating equipment for improving asphalt production process. working principle
The device uses heating oil as the heating medium, which can obtain higher temperature under lower operating pressure. High thermal efficiency, easy to control temperature automatically. The asphalt can be heated evenly and quickly, and the first and second heating can be carried out.
The unique eddy current heat film tube is used as the heat exchange element. The heat medium heat transfer oil goes through the tube side, and the asphalt flows between the shell side tubes. The thermal efficiency is 3-5 times that of ordinary heat exchanger. A temperature control valve is set at the heat medium heat transfer oil inlet to control the amount of heat transfer oil added to the heating medium through the temperature sensor's input detection of the asphalt outlet temperature, so as to ensure the asphalt temperature is constant. The mechanism of heat transfer enhancement is that the fluid flows in a turbulent manner on the internal and external surfaces, producing strong shock and scouring effects, constantly changing the direction of flow, thinning the boundary layer and causing damage, and accelerating the heat transfer. Avoid local high temperature overheating of asphalt.
