The industrial water chiller system operates through three interconnected systems: refrigerant circulation system, water circulation system and electrical automatic control system.
Refrigerant circulation system
The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat in the water and starts to evaporate. Finally, a certain temperature difference is formed between the refrigerant and the water. The liquid refrigerant also completely evaporates and becomes a gas, which is then sucked in and compressed by the compressor (pressure and temperature increase). The gas refrigerant absorbs the heat through the condenser (air cooling/water cooling) and condenses into a liquid. After throttling through the expansion valve (or capillary tube), it will become a low temperature and low pressure refrigerant and enter the evaporator to complete the refrigerant circulation process.
