working principle
The unit uses the principle of heat exchange to reduce the temperature of chilled water to the required temperature (ordinary ≥ 5 ℃, low temperature ≥ - 20 ℃) through the heat exchanger. The water is pumped into the evaporation water tank through the chilled water pump for heat exchange to generate chilled water, which is pumped into the evaporator water tank for circulation. When the chilled water is insufficient, the chilled water flow cannot push the water flow switch blade, and the refrigerator stops running. At this time, the automatic water make-up device starts to work to make up water. The water level of the water tank can be judged through the liquid level display, and the chiller can be started again.
Refrigerant circulation system
The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat in the water and begins to evaporate. Finally, a certain temperature difference is formed between the refrigerant and the water. The liquid refrigerant also completely evaporates and becomes gaseous, which is then sucked in and compressed by the compressor (pressure and temperature increase). The gaseous refrigerant absorbs the heat through the condenser (air-cooled/water-cooled) and condenses into liquid. After throttling through the expansion valve (or capillary tube), it will become a low temperature and low pressure refrigerant and enter the evaporator to complete the refrigerant circulation process.
Electrical control system
Including power supply part and automatic control part. The power supply part supplies power to the compressor, fan, water pump, etc. through the contactor. The automatic control part includes the combination of temperature controller, pressure protection, time delay device, relay, overload protection, etc. to achieve automatic start stop, protection and other functions based on water temperature.
