How to use:

1. Before use, a small amount of cooking oil must be added to the roller (both ends) to make them smooth.

2. Plug in and turn on the motor power switch.

3. Adjust the temperature controller of the corresponding group to the desired temperature, and the corresponding heating indicator will light up.

When the temperature is lower than the preset temperature, the heating indicator lights on and starts heating again. This cycle heating is not only energy saving , but also can ensure the taste of the sausage.

Note: For cooked hot dogs, it is recommended to adjust the temperature to 70 degrees Celsius.

4. After turning on the power switch of the motor, the temperature controller of the corresponding group can be adjusted to zero position. At this time, the rollers would not heat up, only for display.

5. Shutdown: need to turn off the motor power switch and knob to the upward position.
